When you submit a project inquiry through our commission intake form, we receive your name, email address, Discord handle, YouTube channel link, and project description. We do not use marketing trackers or third-party advertising cookies.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your details are used solely to review your animation concept, provide an upfront quote and production timeline, and coordinate project checkpoints via private Discord room or email.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure
Inquiries are transmitted via FormSubmit to Cloudflare Email Routing for direct inbox delivery, with real-time project alerts dispatched to our private studio Discord via secure Cloudflare Worker endpoints. We do not sell or lease your data.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
You may request permanent deletion of your project inquiries and contact details at any time by emailing contact@bonejam.com.
